I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to 'Plaza Italia', and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, my room wasn't as clean as I had hoped, with some hairs in the bathtub, and the dining options left a lot to be desired with limited choices and stale food. Overall, it was decent value for money, but definitely areas that need improvement.
